CleverSets SMS Notifications — Program Disclosure
How text-message notifications work in CleverSets, the personal-archive app made by Lysmata Systems, LLC (doing business as CleverSets).
What the program is
CleverSets can send account holders functional, transactional text messages about their own account — never marketing, never promotions. Messages are sent from our toll-free number +1 (866) 318-7505. The available notification types are:
- Daily schedule summary — a morning text of what's on the user's day.
- Event & appointment reminders — a heads-up before something on their calendar.
- New data added to my account — when something new lands in their account.
How people opt in
Opt-in happens only inside the user's own signed-in account, at Settings → Notifications (app.cleversets.com/settings — sign-in required, since the settings belong to the account holder). The user enters their mobile number and turns on one or more notification types. Nothing is pre-checked; texting is entirely off until the user enables it. The consent language is shown at the point of opt-in, exactly as pictured:
Frequency, rates, and opt-out
- Message frequency varies with the notification types the user enables and their account activity.
- Standard message & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Notifications can also be turned off any time in Settings → Notifications.

Privacy
Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the notifications described above. Mobile information is never sold and never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the CleverSets Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
