CleverSets SMS Notifications — Program Disclosure
How text-message notifications work in CleverSets, the personal-archive app made by Lysmata Systems, LLC (doing business as CleverSets).
What the program is
CleverSets can send account holders functional, transactional text messages about their own account — never marketing, never promotions. Messages are sent from our toll-free number +1 (866) 318-7505. The available notification types are:
- Daily schedule summary — a morning text of what's on the user's day.
- Event & appointment reminders — a heads-up before something on their calendar.
- New data added to my account — when something new lands in their account.
How people opt in
Opt-in takes place within the user's CleverSets account, under Settings → Notifications, in these steps:
- The person creates a CleverSets account at app.cleversets.com.
- They open Settings → Notifications.
- They type their own mobile number into the mobile-number field. It is empty by default.
- They switch on one or more of the three notification types listed above. All three are off by default; nothing is pre-checked.
- They press Save. The consent language below is displayed on that screen, directly beneath the toggles, at the moment of consent.
No text messages are sent unless the person completes those steps. Providing a mobile number is never required to create or use a CleverSets account.

By saving a mobile number with a notification turned on, you agree to receive functional text messages from CleverSets. Message frequency varies; standard message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Frequency, rates, and opt-out

- Notifications can also be turned off any time in Settings → Notifications.

Privacy
Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the notifications described above. Mobile information is never sold and never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the CleverSets Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
